How the home buyer rebate works
in 2024 our average buyer rebate was $49,000
Home Buyer Rebate
What is it?
Despite the recent changes in real estate commissions, most sellers are still paying the buyers agent real estate commissions. The most common commission amount that is being paid by sellers to buyers agents is 2.5%. Since I only charge buyers 1.5%, this means that most buyers will receive 1% of the purchase price back from me as rebate after escrow.
How much does this save buyers?
Assuming a 2.5% commission buyers will receive:

--$100,000 rebate on a $10 Million house purchase.
-$70,000 rebate on a $7 Million house purchase.

-$50,000 rebate on a $5 Million house purchase.

-$20,000 rebate on a $2 Million house purchase.

That is a huge savings but how is the service?
Buyers generally come to be for my rebate but they stay for the service. I work really hard to make sure that my buyers receive the best service I am capable of. I think my clients describe best what my service means to them so please check out my yelp reviews at the link on the top of this page or click here
What services do you provide your buyers?
My clients tell me that my service far surpasses a more traditional agent. I will provide every service a traditional agent would except the only difference is that my clients will generally do their home searches on their own on Zillow or Realtor.com and they will go visit the open house on their own. Once you visit an open house that you like, let me know and I will begin my due diligence to help you decide if the home is right for you before we begin on an offer. If you can't make it to the open house or if you have a reason to see it early, please reach out to me. I am always happy to make exceptions. The spirit of the agreement is what is important to me.
